When you are arrive at The Bride for your wedding dress appointment, we want you to feel an instant sense of calm, and also excitement about the journey you are about to embark on.

The team have a wealth of experience and are ready to guide you through our collections. We are knowledgeable on each collection and understand how the designers work, how each garment is constructed and how to create a bridal look unique for you. We are here to help you understand exactly what you want and how to bring out the best version of you!’

We pride ourselves on having a beautifully curated collection of dresses and providing great service. We have built long standing relationships with our designers and consider each of them as a part of our team, working together to create bridal dreams.

We are open Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays and are happy to offer late night Thursday appointments on request. We look forward to welcoming you into our boutique.

Guests

The boutique is a calm, small and intimate space and we prefer to keep our appointments like this in order to make the most of our time together.

Smaller appointments make it easier for us to guide you through all the options, and to give you the chance to talk through your thoughts and ideas in a comfortable atmosphere. With this in mind we recommend that you bring only 2 guests with you to your appointment. If you would like to bring more people with you please do ask at the point of booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Appointment Fees

As a part of the experience, we offer private one to one appointments with one of our highly experienced bridal stylists. Availability of these appointments is limited; therefore we do take a small charge for first appointments only. The fees are as follows:

First appointments – £30

Revisits – Free of charge

Voucher

At your appointment you will be issued a voucher for the amount paid. The voucher is fully redeemable against any purchase at The Bride, whether that be your dress, hair accessories, a veil or jewellery. T&C’s apply.

Appointment Times

We allow 90 minutes for each appointment, giving you the time and space to view the collections at your own pace. There is no limit to how many dresses you can try on within your allotted time.

What to Bring

We would advise you to wear nude seamless underwear if possible so that there is no distraction of seeing underwear under our dresses. Although we are very used to seeing black lace underwear as its often something that brides forget when they are getting ready to visit us for an appointment!

You can bring shoes if you would like, however this isn’t required as we can put you on a box.

Please also only wear light make up and avoid transferrable tanning products.

Other than that, just come ready to have some fun!
